Money Back Guaranty
Many companies that offer personal products that cannot be resold due to hygiene/health issues do not offer money back guaranties. The satisfaction of our SlumberSleeve® sleeve pillow, however, is so strong; it carries a full 30-day money back guaranty. The 30 days begins from the date that you receive the product, not the date that you order or the date that we ship. This 30-day period should give you ample opportunity to adjust the sleeve pillow to your personal preference.

Product Warranty
Limited One-Year Warranty
SlumberSleeve warrants this product, to the original retail purchaser, to be free from manufacturing defects for the period of one (1) year following date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, repairs or alterations outside our facilities or failure to comply with care instructions. This warranty is limited to the replacement of this product only and does not extend to consequential or incidental damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Simply return defective product following the product Return Policy for a replacement. Manufacturer will cover costs of replacement shipping, but return shipping must be prepaid by purchaser.

Return Policy
We will happily refund the purchase price of your SlumberSleeve® sleeve pillow providing you return it within the 30 day money back guarantee period. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for paying the postage to return the product. Occasionally. under some promotions and quantity discounts we offerred free shipping and handling. If you received free shipping and handling at the time of sale, the outbound shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund. If your return is for a manufacturing defect (see product warranty) please include a note indicating the defect. You will need to pay to ship the product back to us, but we pay for the replacement shipping. All returned items must be sent with a shipping tracking number to ensure proper receipt and exchange or credit.

How does it enhance circulation?
Q: In what way does your sleeve pillow "enhance circulation"?
A: Of course our sleeve pillow is not a medical device that makes blood flow faster through an arm, leg or wrist; but rather, when worn, gives support to those extremities allowing the normal flow of ones circulation to occur without being impeded by an overlying weight like a head, leg or torso. Since it solves the problem of this restriction, it effectively "enhances circulation".
